4. Compensation

5. Training and Support

5.1. The Company may provide training and support to assist you in your direct selling activities.
5.2. You are encouraged to participate in training and seek support from the Company as needed.

6. Compliance with Policies

6.1. You must comply with all Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Code of Ethics, Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines provided by the Company.
6.2. Non-compliance with Company policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. You shall keep all confidential information received from the Company confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.
7.2. Confidential information includes but is not limited to customer lists, pricing information, and trade secrets.

8. Termination

8.1. The Company may terminate your status as a Direct Seller at any time for cause, including but not limited to policy violations, unethical conduct, or non-performance.
8.2. You may terminate your direct seller status with the Company by providing written notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes between you and the Company shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
